Let's be real most of us have full
time jobs. At Always & Forever our full time job is you. You have dreamed of
this day for a very long time and we are here to make your dream come true. Set
your mind at ease knowing you have hired the professionals. Weather it be a full
services package or a day of package we will make your day all that you have
dreamed of. Feel at ease knowing you have someone taking care of all your
appointments, keeping track of your venders and to make sure everyone is on
time. A wedding planner is a necessity, if you want to relax and enjoy this
once-in-a-lifetime day.
We offer:
Preparation: We will meet with you and discuss the overall plan for the wedding
to make it uniquely yours.
Pre-Planning: We will stay in contact with
you and all your venders to make sure we are all on the same page at all times.
We will create itineraries for all parties involved (including bridal party,
parents and venders).
Rehearsal: We will organize and direct the
wedding rehearsal. We will gather any items that need to be put out the day of
the wedding.
The Wedding: We will arrive at least three
hours early to set things up and oversee the venders such as florist deliveries.
We will see to the distribution of flowers to the bridal party and family
members. We will assist in pre-wedding photos, ensuring the bride and groom does
not see each other before the ceremony if that is there wish. We will help greet
wedding guests to ensure their needs are met. After ceremony we will collect
necessary items and oversee clean up of ceremony area.
The Reception: We will arrive early and
oversee the venders and caterers to set up as arranged by you and assist them in
any way. We will synchronize the toasting, cake cutting and first dances.
We will pack up any setup items you will need to take home. Example: guest book,
leftover programs, toasting goblets, gifts, ect.
